IPTV Systems terms of service

The service

IPTV Systems sells access to live television and on-demand video streamed over the internet. Access lasts for the term picked at checkout, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. Each term unlocks identical channels and features, so only the price and the duration differ.

Your account

Login details travel by email to the address typed at checkout, so enter it carefully. Treat the details as private. If you suspect another person is using your login, let us know straight away and we will help you sort it out.

Availability and the channel list

The platform is engineered for 99.9% uptime, but a stream crosses many networks outside our control, so an interruption-free picture cannot be promised. The lineup also shifts over time as broadcasters and rights holders alter what they offer, which means no single channel or title is assured for the entire term.

Your side of the connection

Your devices, player apps and internet line are your own responsibility, as is using the service lawfully where you live.

Free trial

A trial runs for 24 hours, and each customer, and each device, may take one trial per lifetime. Apart from the length and the missing payment, the terms above apply to it as they do to a paid subscription.

This page may be revised now and then. The stamp near the top records the latest revision, and the text shown here is the version in force.

IPTV Systems refund policy

Suppose support is unable to make the service work for you. In that case, send an email within 7 days of purchase and request all of your money back. Write from the address you ordered with to support@iptv.systems, naming the device and app you tried.

Before any refund, we go through the setup together, since most faults turn out to be a small setting in the app. After the service is running properly, changing your mind does not qualify for a refund. If you are unsure the service suits you, take the free trial before you buy.

IPTV Systems privacy notice

To deliver and support your subscription, we hold on to your email address and the order details it needs. The checkout provider handles payment. Whatever you write to the support inbox is retained, so a reply can be given and a conversation can continue.
